Easter Seals Northern California provides home based early intervention services to children ages birth to 3 years who have special developmental needs and who qualify for Ca. Early Start services. We also provide child care consultation, technical assistance and community based trainings for child care providers and other service providers on a variety of topics that support early childhood development. We have expertise in the areas of inclusive child care, health, safety, behavior, developmentally appropriate environments and care giving practice, parenting skills, and policies and procedures for child care sites. Funding is available through grants, fee for service, donations and fund raising.

Eligibility
|
|
Children birth to 18 with disabilities, children, with and without disabilities, birth-5 for out of County transportation including parent visitation at hospitals, and children who are eligible for Calif. Children’s Services can receive cash advances for trips out of county for medical and dental appointments or for classes and school.
