Transportation Services Provided

The Lake County Department of Mental Health provides direct transportation using private vehicles and vans and offers mileage reimbursement and vouchers for bus passes. In addition, the Lake County Department of Mental Health has one or more staff or volunteers with a Class B license.

The request for transportation services must come from a case manager with approval from appropriate supervisors.
